With nearly 30 years experience as a mom and 8 years as a grandmother, Susan Lovelace has
experienced some of the joys and challenges of fundraising. During that time, she has helped
with many various drives for school projects, church ministries, and civic organizations.
As a former co-youth director with her husband, Jerry, she realized the value of the Community
Service Book as a fundraiser as well as promotion for area business owners, and has been a fan
ever since!
Besides her experience as a former graphic artist and computer instructor, she has served as
a substitute teacher in her local school system. Susan and her husband live in Kings Mountain
and are active members of David Baptist Church. As often as possible, you will find her in
Lincolnton, spending time with their son, Jonathan, and their granddaughter, Cayla. She enjoys
digital photography, singing in her church choir, attending Girl Scouts with her granddaughter,
and spending time with family and friends.
