- If I like a certain place, can I print out more than one coupon? If I want to go to a certain resturant or something, can I go again another time and use another coupon?
Most merchants allow only one print. If you try to print another coupon it will give you a message if you've already used it. Your name and address are on the coupon, so the merchant has a record of when you use your certificate.
- How come the books have different coupons from the online version?
Because the internet is real time, we are able to alter coupons, add merchants and delete merchants based on their marketing needs. The paper books are only printed once a year which doesn't lend itself to the many changes the merchants expect.
- When I click a coupon, the coupon doesn't open.
Ensure that the popup window displaying the coupon isn't already open, but buried behind your other web browser window. Also, the coupons open in a pop-up window. So ensure that any pop-up blocking software you have isn't blocking the coupon window from opening.
- After I login, it tells me I need to login again. How do I stay logged in?
Cookies are required to login to our site. Ensure that you are accepting cookies. Also verify that your computer's clock (date and time) is correct. If your clock is wrong on your computer, you may not be able to login.
- How long are the coupons good for?
Once you print a coupon, you have 30 days from the date printed to redeem the coupon at the merchant.
- Can I share coupons with Friends?
No, the coupons are valid for the person who purchased the subscription. The name and address will be printed on the coupon, and the merchant has the right to ask for ID when the coupon is redeemed. If you'd like to share, consider buying your friends and family their own subscription.
